Located in Beverly Hills, the Fashion Nova Headquarters project consisted of a 70,000-square-foot renovation across Levels 2 and 3, creating a modern workplace with content creation studios, executive offices, conference rooms, kitchens, and collaboration spaces. Land Mark Electric completed a comprehensive electrical tenant improvement that included new lighting and lighting controls, power distribution upgrades, floor power activations, TV back boxes, and new switchgear panels integrated into the existing electrical system. A key feature was the installation of more than 7,800 linear feet of architectural lighting, requiring extensive coordination to achieve the project’s design vision. LME also self-performed all Title 24 acceptance testing through our licensed electricians, ensuring full compliance with California energy standards. Having previously completed the original tenant improvement for the space as Fandango’s headquarters, our team leveraged its familiarity with the existing infrastructure to deliver a seamless, high-performance electrical installation. The completed headquarters delivers a reliable, high-performance electrical system that enhances the building’s architectural vision while providing the flexibility, efficiency, and technology required to support Fashion Nova’s continued growth.
