Land Mark Electric successfully completed the renovation of the W Hotel Hollywood while the property remained fully operational, demonstrating our ability to execute complex projects with minimal disruption to guests, staff, and daily hotel operations. Our work supported renovations throughout the lobby, reception area, restaurants and bars, ballroom, meeting spaces, fitness center, rooftop pool, banquet kitchen, valet areas, and exterior courtyard. Careful phasing, temporary access routes, full-height partitions, and just-in-time material deliveries allowed construction to progress safely while maintaining uninterrupted hotel operations and accommodating the adjacent restaurant and residential condominiums above. Through proactive coordination with hotel management, the Homeowners Association, and all project stakeholders, Land Mark Electric delivered a seamless renovation that balanced operational continuity with exceptional construction quality.
