Land Mark Electric, Inc. (LME) was founded in 1981 as a non-union electrical contracting firm to penetrate and capitalize on the need for quality electrical contracting services in the commercial construction industry of Los Angeles.

Since its founding, Land Mark Electric has built its success on lasting client relationships and a commitment to delivering exceptional electrical construction services. What began as a focused commercial contractor has grown into one of Southern California's premier electrical contractors, successfully delivering projects ranging from tenant improvements to large-scale, complex developments. LLoyd Saitman

President and CEO
Lloyd Saitman began his career in the electrical contracting industry more than 30 years ago, learning the business from his father. Since becoming sole owner of Land Mark Electric in 1996, he has grown the company from a $3 million annual operation to more than $60 million in revenue. Guided by integrity, accountability, and a client-first philosophy, Lloyd has built Land Mark Electric into one of Southern California's premier electrical contractors, recognized for quality, trust, and lasting relationships.

Bill Henderson

CFO
Bill joined Land Mark Electric in 2022, bringing more than 35 years of construction accounting and finance leadership. His experience includes executive roles with Sheldon Mechanical, ACCO Engineered Systems, and Familian Pipe & Supply, following five years in public accounting. As Chief Financial Officer, Bill oversees the company's financial operations, banking, insurance, and bonding while partnering with executive leadership and project teams to ensure financial accuracy, operational efficiency, and the long-term financial strength of the company.

Jack Mooney

Vice President – Field Operations
Jack brings more than three decades of hands-on construction experience, advancing from Journeyman Electrician to Vice President of Field Operations. During his 36+ years with Land Mark Electric, he has overseen field operations throughout the Los Angeles region, leading multiple superintendents and more than 250 skilled electricians across approximately 25 active projects at any given time. His leadership, field expertise, and commitment to quality ensure the successful execution of complex projects while maintaining the highest standards of safety and craftsmanship.

Stewart Franklin

Vice President – Purchasing
Stewart has been an integral part of Land Mark Electric since 1991, bringing more than three decades of experience in purchasing and procurement. His extensive knowledge of the electrical construction industry and long-standing relationships with manufacturers, suppliers, and subcontractors enable the company to secure competitive pricing and ensure the timely procurement of critical materials. Stewart's expertise plays a vital role in supporting efficient project execution while helping Land Mark Electric maintain its reputation for quality, reliability, and value.

Dean Olson

Vice President – Pre-Construction
Dean joined Land Mark Electric in 2000 and has more than 35 years of experience in the electrical construction industry. Dean provides executive leadership in preconstruction, electrical design evaluation, project budgeting, and contract negotiation. His expertise in design coordination and constructability reviews helps clients identify cost-effective solutions, minimize project risk, and ensure successful project delivery. Dean's strategic approach has been instrumental in delivering complex projects on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Geoff Hinds

Vice President/ Chief Estimator
With more than 25 years of experience in the electrical construction industry, Geoff brings a well-rounded background in estimating, preconstruction, and project planning. He is committed to understanding each client's goals and delivering solutions that consistently exceed expectations. Geoff's collaborative approach, technical expertise, and attention to detail help ensure accurate project budgets, competitive proposals, and a seamless transition from preconstruction to execution, making him a valued leader within the Land Mark Electric team.

James Richardson

Senior Project Executive
James Richardson brings over 30 years of commercial and industrial electrical construction experience, including extensive expertise in healthcare and OSHPD-regulated projects. As Project Executive, he provides leadership in project planning, coordination, procurement, and execution for complex projects of all sizes. James works closely with clients, general contractors, and project teams to ensure seamless communication, efficient field operations, and successful project delivery. His practical field knowledge and collaborative leadership consistently drive projects to completion on time and within budget.

Gloria Torres

Controller
As Controller for Land Mark Electric, Gloria oversees the company's day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, and internal controls. She works closely with the executive team to ensure the accuracy and integrity of the company's financial information while supporting project teams with timely financial insights. Gloria's attention to detail, commitment to accountability, and collaborative approach help maintain efficient financial operations and contribute to the continued success of Land Mark Electric.

Jason Sztapka

Vice President of Operations
Jason Sztapka serves as Vice President of Operations for Land Mark Electric, bringing more than 21 years of experience delivering complex commercial electrical construction projects. He provides strategic leadership across operations, focusing on client satisfaction, accountability, and continuous process improvement. Jason works closely with project teams to drive operational excellence, strengthen client relationships, and ensure successful project delivery. His collaborative leadership style and commitment to quality have made him a trusted partner to clients and a valued leader within the organization.

Work Safety

At Land Mark Electric, safety is the foundation of everything we do. Our company-wide commitment to zero accidents is supported by comprehensive training, routine jobsite inspections, executive safety reviews, and strict compliance with all safety regulations.

We partner with an independent safety consultant to continuously improve our program and enforce our Zero-Tolerance Safety Policy for unsafe work practices and PPE violations. Every LME Foreman is OSHA 30-hour trained and certified, ensuring safety leadership on every project.
