Land Mark Electric worked hand in hand with Geis Construction on the new 140,000 SF Thermo Fisher Project. This design build project featured a new 35,000 SF temperature controlled warehouse building, as well as the complete demo and remodel of the existing 106,000 SF lab building. The project included upgraded services to both buildings, two new 1 Megawatt generators and emergency power distribution. Energy upgrades included new EV charging stations, modern LED architectural lighting, energy management systems and lighting controls.
