Located in the heart of Silicon Beach (Santa Monica), this adaptive reuse project entailed 80,000 square feet of creative office space for a growing entertainment media brand. Following a dramatic 31-foot glass entry is a double staircase that leads up to three floating mezzanines that overlook an exposed “all hands” bleacher seating area and house executive and open office space, capped by a production studio and greenroom. Unique to this space are three circular conference rooms and pantry constructed with cutting edge 3form materials. In addition to the interior build-out, and concurrent with base building construction, extensive structural renovations were required to accommodate the architects design requirements.
Land Mark Electric provided all of the custom lighting and controls including the new wireless Lutron Vive system as well as the Lumenpulse DMX color changing LED Fixtures.
