Land Mark Electric was proud to provide the electrical systems for Buck’s award-winning Los Angeles headquarters in Little Tokyo. The six-story adaptive reuse project transformed a former bank into a dynamic, LEED Gold Certified workplace that reflects BUCK’s collaborative culture and commitment to sustainability.
Working within an existing structure, our team delivered complete electrical infrastructure to support open collaboration spaces, flexible work environments, advanced lighting and lighting controls, power distribution, low-voltage pathways, and energy-efficient building systems. The innovative workplace features a dramatic central gathering space with a grand presentation stair, reconfigurable meeting and collaboration rooms, wellness amenities, a fitness center, coffee bar, and all-gender facilities designed to promote employee well-being and inclusivity.
Designed during the COVID-19 pandemic, the headquarters incorporates advanced HVAC filtration, UV air treatment, and enhanced ventilation systems to create a healthier indoor environment. Land Mark Electric coordinated closely with the project team to ensure seamless integration of these sophisticated building systems while maintaining the architectural vision and sustainability goals.Recognized for its innovative design and environmental performance, the project earned LEED Gold Certification and received numerous industry honors, including the Archello Awards Office Interior of the Year, California Green Building Merit Award, and the Los Angeles Business Journal Redevelopment Silver Award. This project exemplifies Land Mark Electric’s expertise in delivering complex, high-performance workplace environments that combine cutting-edge technology, sustainability, and exceptional craftsmanship.
