Land Mark Electric provided comprehensive electrical construction services for Coty’s Southern California headquarters, a dynamic corporate campus designed to support innovation, collaboration, and advanced product development. The project included electrical systems for both the General Office, an open-concept workspace serving marketing, finance, and consumer research teams, and the Studio Annex, a state-of-the-art training facility where salon professionals develop and demonstrate the latest beauty techniques.
A key feature of the project was the specialized 6,655-square-foot Research & Development Laboratory, which required complex electrical infrastructure to support laboratories, product testing areas, a fully operational test salon, chemical storage spaces, and specialized exhaust and safety systems. Additional project highlights included electrical installations for a runway staging area, stadium-style seating, advanced lighting systems, power distribution, lighting controls, and low-voltage infrastructure throughout the campus. Working in close coordination with the project team, Land Mark Electric delivered reliable, high-performance electrical systems that support Coty’s mission of innovation while meeting the demanding operational requirements of a modern corporate and research environment.
