Land Mark Electric proudly partnered with Sierra Pacific Constructors in the construction of Dine Brands’ new 92,000-square-foot corporate headquarters at 10 West Pasadena. This extensive tenant improvement transformed the space into a dynamic, collaborative workplace that reflects the company’s culture of innovation and growth.
The headquarters features a dramatic interconnecting staircase linking the fourth and fifth floors, three 1,000-square-foot culinary test kitchens, two beverage innovation bars for research and development, and a central “All Hands” Town Square designed to bring employees together for meetings, collaboration, and company events.
