Land Mark Electric provided the complete electrical installation for this 70,000-square-foot headquarters relocation at The Boardwalk in Irvine for a prominent California-based law firm. The project included the installation of a new main distribution frame (MDF), two intermediate distribution frames (IDFs), power distribution, energy-efficient lighting systems, lighting controls, and the low-voltage infrastructure required to support a modern, technology-driven workplace. Our team coordinated the electrical systems for executive offices, conference and collaboration spaces, cafés, break areas, and specialty architectural lighting, including decorative fixtures that enhance the office’s sophisticated design. Additional work included electrical systems supporting secure elevator lobby egress, audiovisual integration, and the power and data infrastructure necessary for a reliable, high-performance corporate headquarters.
