Description

This 23,000-square-foot tenant improvement transformed the space into a high-performance office and media production facility, requiring extensive electrical coordination to support specialized production environments. Land Mark Electric installed complete power distribution, energy-efficient lighting, lighting controls, and dedicated branch circuitry to serve office areas, motion capture studios, edit suites, audio rooms, and production support spaces. The project included power and infrastructure for advanced audiovisual systems, state-of-the-art video conferencing, and specialized media production equipment. Dedicated electrical systems were provided for a new server room, including power for FM-200 fire suppression equipment, redundant HVAC systems, and acoustically isolated whisper pods housing critical power and data infrastructure. Extensive coordination with structural, architectural, and acoustical trades was required to route electrical systems through complex steel reinforcements, isolated floor assemblies, and double-wall acoustic construction while maintaining the integrity of the sound-rated spaces. Additional work included installation of integrated lighting within custom wood ceilings and architectural millwork, power for digital branding signage and display monitors, as well as a complete security system featuring access control, surveillance cameras, motion detection, and associated low-voltage infrastructure. The finished project delivered a sophisticated, technology-driven workspace with reliable electrical systems designed to support the client’s demanding media production operations.
